Most entrepreneurs rarely have time to grab lunch on time yet alone dedicate time for pamper sessions. Self-care, self-love and self-growth related to-do list almost always ends up in the last priority bucket.
What’s more… Entrepreneurial life is often a constant swinging between “I’m so lucky to have my own business!” to “Holy crap, I don’t know what I’m doing!”
The joy of running your own business is often replaced by the stress and overwhelm. Before you know it, burnout is nipping at your heels.
What if I told you it doesn’t have to be this way? That instead of yo-yo-ing between the two extremes, you can find the perfect balance? That you can actually enjoy running your business?
Just dedicating 15 minutes a day to spend on self-growth related activities can help you with:
Secreting feel good hormones for better functioning
Increasing self-confidence and help make better decisions
Getting rid of self-doubt
Really, all this is possible.. And you will be able to find the perfect balance in your professional and personal life with just a few self-growth tricks and 15 minutes a day.
3 self-growth and self- love tactics to become a high functioning business owner
Mindfulness meditation is simply being present in the moment, without getting carried away by thoughts.

.. Focusing on the breath and simply watching the air flowing in and out.
.. Focusing on the inner body and notice the physical energy form within
.. Sitting in meditation and watching thoughts as they pass by
- Guided and Self-Hypnosis
Using a self-growth tool like hypnosis has many benefits. Personally, I use self-hypnosis every morning to condition my mind for a successful and productive day. I practice affirmations and visualizations while in a hypnotic trance for fast results. If you want to learn self-hypnosis, check out the step by step guide to self-hypnosis.
Journaling is a great way to get things out of your mind. If you are feeling confused, stuck or just not feeling that great, I highly recommend journaling your thoughts. Let the thoughts flow as if you are talking to your therapist. Just like how the therapist would let you come with the answers to your problems, your journal and the subconscious will guide you there. Whenever I write in my journal, I always come up with a solution and end the journal entry in a positive note no matter how terrible I was feeling at the beginning. This enables me to focus on my goals without the mind being clouded by negativity. confusion or doubt.
Those are my top three daily-use self-growth tactics which keeps sane and fixated on my higher goals.
